Authorities in Salt Lake City have arrested Ryan Daniel Toa Tay in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred outside a memorial service at an LDS church. Toa Tay was charged with first degree obstruction of justice after police said he matched witness descriptions of one of the shooters and video evidence placed him at the scene with two injured individuals.

During police questioning, Toa Tay denied involvement in the incident. Investigators also reported that Toa Tay is allegedly associated with the Tongan Crip gang. The case remains under investigation, with authorities promising further updates as more information becomes available.

But first, we begin with breaking news. An arrest has been made in connection with last week's deadly mass shooting. Kelly. Yeah, this happened outside a memorial service at an LDS church again last week. Ryan Daniel to a Tay was arrested yesterday. He's charged with a first degree obstruction of justice charge. Police say to a match the description of one of the shooters described by witnesses at the scene. But when he was interviewed, he denied any involvement in the incident. Video evidence recovered from his phone showed him in a car with two of the other people who were injured during the incident. Police also say to a Tay is reportedly involved with the Tongan Crip gang. This is still a developing story. We, of course, will be sharing new information as we get it.
