And part of the reason he says that is that the department has had some recruiting success and mayor fry thinks they can fill all their shifts now. He says using all that O. T. Anyway is potentially risky. Anybody is tired or they're hungry or they're sick and then they're make, they're forced to make a split second decision. They're more likely to make the wrong decision. And so for every hour of additional overtime that is conducted, it is more likely that something bad is going to happen. Not because officers are bad, but because they are human. The city has been paying double time since 2022 and setting records this year alone. They're on track to pay more than $30 million in O. T. I was wondering, did anybody talk about how these changes might affect police recruiting and the number of officers, which has been sort of one of those things the city has dealt with now for several years? Yeah, Randy, I did ask the mayor about that. He did not seem concerned. The department is actually up to 614 officers today. That's well below what the city actually funds, but it's up from the low, which was two years ago, about 50 more officers than they had in 2023. I also tried to reach the police union today, but they didn't return a message. They have previously opposed changes to off duty work, though. All right. Thank you.
