The Adams County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance from the public to locate David McWilliams, who is accused of hitting a man on a bicycle with a truck near DuPont Elementary School. The incident occurred in May, and authorities have identified McWilliams as armed and dangerous. 

Officials are urging anyone who sees McWilliams to contact law enforcement immediately. The investigation is ongoing, and the Sheriff's Office continues to search for the suspect.
