Compounding the situation, the agency says, is a lack of access to health care and a shortage of vaccines, which have led to outbreaks of preventable diseases. Some of these patients usually come with cases that are a bit life-threatening and they will require extra attention to those patients. Teams from Doctors Without Borders are working in towns and villages in parts of the state, but some areas are inaccessible because of the presence of armed groups, known locally as bandits. The government says it is assessing the agency's findings. The fact of the report is really authentic. As you know, we are really suffering from insurgency, banditry, and even the poverty. It's real, the poverty is real. The hunger and malnutrition crisis is met worse by attacks that forced thousands of families from their homes and farms. In addition, the rising prices of food in the past few years mean families are eating less nutritious food.
