With over 330,000 Indian students making up a significant portion of the international student body in the U.S., the impact is widespread. Education consultants are advising students to consider backup plans, including holding multiple offers or exploring local alternatives. Meanwhile, some students are turning to religious practices for hope, as a recent survey shows a notable decline in those aspiring to study in the U.S.

The best way to reduce anxiety is to create an alternative option, which is your plan B. Holding multiple offers in hand for as long as possible. The other option is to have another alternative offer at home. Anxious for their uncertain future, some students are leaving no stone unturned.
