Fans of the Philadelphia Eagles are continuing to celebrate following their team's Super Bowl win. The Eagles stormed to a 40 to 22 win over Kansas City. The victory denied the Chiefs a historic 'three-peat' - or third straight win.

The Philadelphia Eagles have claimed victory in the Super Bowl, defeating the Kansas City Chiefs with a final score of 40 to 22. The match was largely dominated by the Eagles, who started the scoring early with a 7-0 lead thanks to a two-yard run by Jalen Hurts. The Eagles extended their lead further with a field goal, making it 10-0, and maintained control throughout the game.

Kansas City's notable quarterback Patrick Mahomes struggled under pressure, being sacked six times by the Eagles' defense. While the Chiefs managed to score later in the game, it was not enough to close the gap left by the Eagles' strong performance on the field. The Chiefs' defeat means their hopes for a 'three-peat', or a third consecutive win, were dashed.

The halftime show featured a performance by Kendrick Lamar, who refrained from using some of the more controversial lyrics from his track "Not Like Us", which references Drake. This victory marks the Philadelphia Eagles' first Super Bowl win since 2018, making it their second in history. Fans in both Philadelphia and New Orleans celebrated the Eagles' triumph with great enthusiasm.

Well the Kansas City Chiefs quest for a three-peat basically fell flat on its face. This turned out to be a Philadelphia Eagles blowout. Before we get to the game though I want to take you to some pregame moments. This was during the national anthem. Very briefly for around five seconds you'll see Donald Trump appearing on the the video board. Once the game began though this was a game that was completely dominated virtually from start to finish by the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles jumped on the scoreboard first making it 7-0. A two-yard tush push. Jalen Hurts making the score putting the ball into the end zone. Then a field goal makes it 10-0. Now for Patrick Mahomes the great Kansas City quarterback this was just a miserable night. He was under pressure repeatedly. Look at these sacks here. He was sacked six times by the Eagle defense. Now we did have a respite at halftime. Kendrick Lamar performed during the halftime show and we were all wondering would he would he use some of the language in his Not Like Us track that goes after Drake. And he didn't use all the comments but he did use some of them including the line Drake I hear you like them young. In the third quarter the Philadelphia domination continued. Two more scores made it 34-0 before Kansas City even got on the scoreboard. The final score eventually 40-22. Mahomes threw a couple late touchdown passes. Now after the game the reaction from the Eagles just elation. Take a listen. Eagles fly in Super Bowl 59. For the Philadelphia Eagles it's their first Super Bowl since 2018.
