It's deja vu for Mostert who's had his shares of ups and downs at Bathurst. I haven't really had probably a decent crash in a Gen 3 car yet and I've seen some rough ones so I was bracing for it but um no the car did its job and the wall up there did its job. Championship leader Brock Feeney is managing a back injury. It's all good it's coming good, bit better this afternoon so still got a few days till Sunday. One of this year's favorites. Being really close so often just make you want it that much more. Yeah it does I feel like I've had a couple of especially 23 was a very hard year for us just missing out and then and then last year you know losing the race by about a second is pretty tough. But fellow Red Bull driver Will Brown was channeling another sporting superstar when he injured his foot. Thought I was Reece Walsh for a second I was playing a bit of touch footy and yeah rolled my ankle so a bit unlucky but yeah it's all good I was just precautionary over the last week just sort of putting it in a boot. Though he's not worried. Now left foot doesn't really matter in the car luckily too much it's you know the clutch foot. Feeling quite good walking on it fine so won't be a drama. Matt Payne is putting last year behind him after being the only car not to finish. I certainly just put it behind me straight away and even you know straight after it happened just really get around the guys and say sorry and and that and once that's done the only thing you can do is move on.
