They said, actually, we see a fire in your living room. My heart sank. Colton snagged a phone charger, gave it a good bite, and got a surprise. This fire fizzled out on the rug, but last year in Tulsa, nearly the same thing happened. That wasn't that long after we had the issue that Colton ran into, and they did not have the same outcome. The critters inside made it out safely, but the house was significantly damaged by lithium batteries, the cause of thousands of fires every year. Here in North Carolina, Colton's little incident was something the assistant chief just shared with friends until this week. Our fire chief said, hey, let's, do you mind if we use that video?
