Ramzan Kadyrov, a U.S.-sanctioned Chechen warlord, alleges that Tesla CEO Elon Musk disabled his new Cybertruck. Kadyrov had previously claimed that Musk had gifted him the vehicle, which he intended to donate to Russian forces fighting in Ukraine. The truck was reportedly retrofitted with a mounted machine gun.

In a telegram post, Kadyrov praised the Cybertruck for its speed, maneuverability, and comfort. He expressed gratitude to Musk, despite Musk denying any involvement in gifting the vehicle. Following public outcry, Musk emphatically denied donating a Cybertruck to Kadyrov or any Russian general.

Recently, Kadyrov accused Musk of remotely disabling the vehicle. In a propaganda video, Kadyrov stated that two other Cybertrucks he sent to the battlefield are still functioning. Tesla has not responded to requests for comment regarding the disabled truck.

A violent Chechen warlord and Putin ally known for his over-the-top propaganda videos sparked outrage here in Ukraine in August when he claimed that Elon Musk gave him a Tesla Cybertruck, a false claim Musk said. Now there's a new twist to the story. It was a raving review for the Tesla Cybertruck, a real invulnerable and fast animal, a maneuverable vehicle that gets excellent speed and overcomes obstacles. A very comfortable car, said Ramzan Kadyrov in his telegram post last month thanking the respected Elon Musk, who he claimed had gifted it to him. I literally fell in love with this car. Elon, thank you, gushed the notorious US-sanctioned Chechen warlord, who said he would donate the vehicle, with machine gun mounted on it, to Russian forces fighting Ukraine. Amidst immediate public outcry over the Chechen terrorist's claim, Musk, on his ex-platform, forcefully denied donating a Cybertruck to a Russian general. Today, Kadyrov is no longer the happy Cybertruck owner he was just a month ago. He feels cyberpunked, accusing Musk of disabling his vehicle, saying on telegram, that's not a nice thing for Elon Musk to do. He gives expensive gifts from the bottom of his heart and then remotely disconnects them. That's not manly, he says, I had to tow the iron horse. How could you do that, Elon? Tesla could apparently do that, remotely brick the $80,000 truck with just a few mouse clicks. In the newly released propaganda video, Kadyrov claimed two other Tesla Cybertrucks he deployed to the battlefield in Ukraine are still in operation.
