In Caracas, Delcy Rodriguez was sworn in as interim president and criticized US actions as illegitimate military aggression. Colombian President Gustavo Petro warned of retaliation if the US targets Colombia, while his government simultaneously affirmed continued cooperation with the US on drug trafficking, reflecting mixed messaging amid the ongoing crisis.
