King Charles III has paid tribute to the reign of the late Queen as he was formally declared the nation's new monarch. During sombre meeting of the Accession Council, before a host of dignitaries the new King spoke about the grief his family is experiencing, saying 'sympathy expressed by so many to my sister and brothers' had been the 'greatest consolation'.
