Journalists were not permitted to film the exchange, but observed Red Cross vehicles entering the site. The recovery of bodies in Gaza remains a significant challenge due to widespread destruction, affecting both Israeli captives and thousands of missing Palestinians.

And right now the actual handover is happening inside, and just within a few minutes we're going to see the vehicle coming out and driving to the point where they will be delivering the bodies to the Israeli side. This is happening in Gaza City. Just to highlight how difficult it is, Gaza has been reduced to rubble, so the search and the digging out bodies from under the rubble is an immense challenge, not only for the Israeli captives, but also for the thousands of Palestinians missing and trapped under the rubble of these buildings in Gaza City.
