Well the plaintiffs filed that motion early this morning, asking the court for permission. They want to add information and evidence about one incident in particular. It's border chief Bovino tossing a canister into a crowd that he said was throwing rocks. Well, they now call that a fabrication. They say Bovino is lying about being hit in the head by a rock in the Dirksen federal courthouse, and this is the last time that Bovino was at the Dirksen federal courthouse. He drew protests and plenty of attention. Judge Sarah Ellis. Had summoned him to the courtroom after seeing video of agents apparently using tear gas, despite her order that it not be used unless they were under immediate threat. So this is a key issue.
