Simon Dorantay from Brisbane claims he is the biological son of King Charles and Queen Camilla, alleging that his appearance was altered by his real parents. Dorantay has faced public scrutiny and defamation, including accusations published online and in the media, which he disputes. 

After his initial legal case was dismissed, Dorantay appealed the decision. A judge has now granted his request to adjourn the appeal for five months, giving him more time to prepare. Dorantay states he is determined to resolve questions about his origins and identity.

He's been fighting for transparency, saying his real parents changed his appearance. But when an online publication shared his story online, he alleges it didn't delete public comments, labelling him delusional and a nut job. Mr Dorantay says it's defamation. It was the Daily Mail that published an article when Charles and Camilla came out here the last time. They told the world that I was on a security watch list which is totally untrue. He's previously taken the matter to court, but it was thrown out. Now he's appealing that decision. For Mr Dorantay, today's outcome was a victory. The judge granted him his wish of adjourning the appeal for another five months to give him more time to better prepare for his next legal move.
