This is the 14th time that the Erzen river has flooded. It has destroyed me. 14 times I've had to flee. Here, the state doesn't even give you any help. Flooding is said to be the most common and damaging climate hazard in Albania. And as climate change accelerates, experts are warning countries to take urgent steps to improve flood resilience.
