A 15-year-old is facing homicide charges following the death of 68-year-old Elizabeth Totski in Milwaukee. Authorities allege that Totski was strangled at a residence on the 1700 block of Oak Street. The incident occurred last week, and Totski died at a local hospital. Officials have stated that the accused teenager is related to the victim. The case has been referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office for further action.
