Ukraine says it used drones to strike two oil tankers that are part of Russia’s sanctioned ‘shadow fleet.’ The attack, which happened a few dozen kilometres off the coast of Turkey, came around the same time Moscow launched three dozen missiles and hundreds of drones across Ukraine.
