That's FIFA's decision, not his. FIFA will decide. Senegal will go with its supporters. All the teams that qualified will enter the country. Ivory Coast will enter too. Everyone will enter. Under the Trump administration's travel ban, Senegalese and Ivorian people who don't already have visas won't be able to travel to the US to watch the World Cup. The restrictions include an exception for players, team officials and their immediate relatives, but no allowance has been made for supporters.
