Police in Milford reported that a pursuit of a stolen gray Ford Escape ended when the vehicle entered Milford Harbor. Officers say the chase began on Seymour and New Haven Avenue, with an 18-year-old passenger fleeing the scene before being captured after swimming to a boat in the harbor. 

Authorities used a borrowed rowboat to apprehend the Naugatuck teen, while the driver and another passenger, both minors, were also detained. All three individuals were charged in connection with the incident.
