A serious accident involving a tour bus has occurred on Interstate 90 in Pembroke, New York, approximately 40 miles northeast of Buffalo. The bus, which was carrying more than 50 passengers and reportedly returning to New York City from Niagara Falls, rolled over and landed in a ditch. Authorities have confirmed multiple fatalities, including at least one child, as well as several injuries and entrapments. At least eight people have been transported to local hospitals, with two sent to children's hospitals. State police are currently investigating the circumstances that led to the crash.

Right now, we are following some breaking news out of Western New York, where state police are on the scene of what they're calling a mass casualty incident involving a tour bus. It happened on Interstate 90 in the town of Pembroke. That's about 40 miles northeast of Buffalo. State police say the bus that had more than 50 people on board rolled over and landed in a ditch. Officials believe the bus was heading back to New York City from Niagara Falls. They are reporting, sadly, multiple fatalities, multiple entrapments, and multiple injuries. They believe one of those killed was a child. Take a listen. Possible entrapments. Like I said, the bus did roll. There were multiple ejections. There are multiple people trapped, and there's multiple fatalities, and this includes children as well. At least eight people have been transported to local hospitals via helicopter, two of those sent to children's hospitals. Police are investigating the bus crash or how the bus lost control.
