It's been a really good year and I can't wait to prove myself on the weekend. He's learned about the rumour mill, trying to ignore Daily Cherry Evans' potential arrival. There's a bit of chat around all that stuff but I'm not really listening to any of that talk. Yeah of course I love the Roosters and this is the club I've always wanted to play for and hopefully I can stay here. Sam Walker is itching to play finals after missing last year's series with injury. So far he's played six games alongside Savala and he likes it. He's been enormous. Coming in for his first season and in the NRL it's been something pretty special. I was able to watch him for a fair bit and to be able to come in and play with him it's been something really cool. We've put a pretty good combination together so far. Two 23-year-olds guiding the Roosters and brimming with Gen Z confidence. We play to the best of our ability. We can beat anyone. We can definitely go all the way this year with the talent we've got. Penrith's Mr Reliable Dylan Edwards hasn't been living up to the reputation. Just the errors. They're a bit frustrating at the moment. Obviously no one wants to make errors but it's something I've just got to put to the back of the mind and just go and compete on every play that I can. Edwards says the trip to New Zealand is about the toughest in the NRL. Playing dual-die finals from week one is different to where we've been at but we're still confident. Rhys Walsh left Broncos training briefly with a tight calf. We know it's not from dehydration. Their opponents laughing it off too. The video I've seen he just looks like he's walking off the field but I think that is mind games. The Raiders say Josh Papali's ankle injury is not fake news. He's been named in their team though.
