Phoenix home named Vacation Home of the Year

And right now the valley market is saturated with them. It is but one home stands out and it was just named the vacation home of the year. So I went on a VIP tour of it today. So it's all about having a property with character, unique features and. A lot of people. If they want to rent a house, they should probably get this bedroom. Yes, this is the primary suite right here. Eso it has obviously a master bathroom as well. Beautiful balcony overlooking Phoenix, the short term rental with a warm Arizona feel has about 5000 square feet, six bedrooms and during the Super Bowl rented for 5600 a night with a minimum night stay requirement. You have the kitchen right here and the dining room. It's a beautiful kitchen. It's got a beautiful kitchen. It's got a nice kitchen and it's huge to fully equipped with everything you need to cook all of your meals here. You really don't even have to leave. Just about every room has a spectacular view. You can see downtown Phoenix out west to Glendale and the hiking trails are right outside in the back. The resort style pool, hot tub and pool. It's a beautiful place to relax. The putting green is fun and a garage has been converted to a tricked out game room complete with golden tea, Pacman and skeeball with more than two million short term rentals on Verbo.
