Best Point Education and Behavioral Health is set to move staff and early childhood students into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Cincinnati. The new location will provide expanded classroom space, allowing the organization to serve up to 150 students and offer more amenities for families.

The facility will support a range of interests, including arts and crafts, and will feature therapeutic services focused on emotional development for preschoolers. Bright classrooms with natural light are expected to enhance the learning environment, and the Camp I Can program is anticipated to grow at the new site.

New facility expands behavioral health services for Cincinnati

In less than a month, staff and early childhood children at Best Point Education and Behavioral Health will move into their new state-of-the-art facility. We have moved over some of our furniture, so we are in the process of getting this classroom set up. So this will be preschoolers, and preschoolers are traditionally three to five years of age. Best Point has served Westside families for decades. This new location has more amenities and allows them to reach more families. Carolyn Brinkman, Vice President of Early Childhood and School-Age Services, said the move comes after they outgrew their original facility on Boudinot Avenue. The facility does not really meet our needs, and it does not really meet our quality standards. So we're really excited to have such a beautiful facility where our children and families can come on a daily basis. This new facility gives them more classroom space, which means they can serve up to 150 students at this new facility. We've got kind of things of different interests. We have kids that are really interested in more arts and crafts and kind of the more creative side. Amber Kabuda, early childhood therapist, will be working closely with preschoolers in classrooms by providing therapeutic support. Kind of focusing on just developing awareness of different emotions, kind of what they look like and feel like in their body. Kabuda and Brinkman said the bright classrooms with large windows and natural light will allow children to learn and grow.
