Authorities are still investigating the motive for the fight, and neighbours have described the event as disturbing.

The injured 36-year-old gets up and slowly makes his way to the front passenger seat of the car before he and two others drive away from the Clyde home in Melbourne's south-east. It's a bit scary knowing that it just happened across the road. Yes. A few kilometres away, they crashed into another vehicle. The 36-year-old was flown to hospital, succumbing to his injuries once there. Yeah, we've just moved here three weeks ago, so it made me... Yeah, having second thoughts if we had made the right decision. A woman, the driver of the other vehicle, also taken to hospital. The alleged attacker was arrested here at the home where the fight unfolded. Neighbours say he didn't appear too worried about what happened, casually cleaning up the blood and mess left behind. The 27-year-old was interviewed by officers and this afternoon charged with murder. The owner of the home has told 10 News he was months behind on rent. Police are still investigating what the fight was all about. For the neighbours to see and hear what happened, yeah, it's really sad and quite disturbing. Jonathan Simon, 10 News.
