Instead of dates, this rugby player is looking for doctor's appointments. Okay, y'all, so not only in the village do we have free food, but we have free dental, free healthcare. Like the Olympic Committee, things are a little different to life in America. It's a town within a city, with places to wash clothes as a team or head to the salon for a free haircut or even a manicure. If it means victory is in closer reach, then why not? Many are dressed to impress, like the Dutch hockey team, sharing a dance with their royal family, a scene only possible in the Olympic Village. Much like the image of tennis champion Novak Djokovic, celebrating his victory as a moment of communion between countries. For these Australian swimmers, the village is a chance to discover other cultures. Like their neighbours from Fiji, singing traditional songs. The magic of the Olympic Games.
