Kiko has weakened to a tropical storm and will pass north of Hawaii Tuesday and Wednesday, however marine impacts will still be felt across the island chain.

Tropical storm Kiko, with sustained winds of 60 miles per hour, is currently passing north of Hawaii. The storm is primarily generating high surf and is not expected to cause significant disruption to the islands. 

While some changes in wind patterns and light showers or thunderstorms may occur, these are not believed to be directly associated with Kiko. Overall, the storm poses minimal threat to Hawaii as it continues to move away from the region.

We may certainly see some showers and thunderstorms, but we don't think this is directly associated with Kiko at all.
