One hundred and fifty civil parties are taking part in the trial, including relatives of the patients who were killed, along with patients who survived the poisonings. According to the victim's lawyers, the evidence in the case clearly points to Péchier. We have a strong and clear case. It's been eight and a half years that he's been promising to reveal his side of the story, and we are still waiting. If convicted of the charges, Péchier faces life.
