A secret police investigation into alleged violent contract criminals and a network of ‘kill cars’ has been revealed after an alleged murder plot at a daycare centre was foiled. Three men have been arrested.

Police in Campbelltown, NSW have arrested two men and a 16-year-old as part of an operation targeting so-called 'kill cars'—vehicles allegedly prepared for use in violent crimes such as murders and kidnappings. The suspects are believed to be part of a group called the G7, which police say acts as criminal contractors, supplying vehicles to organised crime networks.

During raids, officers seized weapons, ammunition, mobile phones, and five vehicles, one of which contained a 'kidnap kit' with items such as a sledgehammer, baseball bats, and gaffer tape. Police believe that, despite these seizures, many more such vehicles remain in use across the city. The operation also led to the foiling of an alleged murder plot near a daycare centre. Authorities have advised the public on how to identify suspicious vehicles.

Think of it as car share for criminals, kill cars ready to be used in murders and kidnappings, pinched, packed and parked, allegedly by these men. They have the same blood on their hands as the people who inevitably carry out the act of violence in the end. Police, as part of Strikeforce Flodine, have been following vehicles of interest for the past fortnight and it's led them here. Police! Search warrant! Open the door! Sir Missy and Yes Sir Isara have been arrested along with a 16-year-old, allegedly part of a group known as the G7. Who we believe are criminal contractors. That's, they're not associated to any particular organised crime network but they allegedly take money from them to have these kill cars ready to go. In raids across the city, weapons, ammunition, mobile phones and five cars have been seized. One of those vehicles had a kidnap, what we call a kidnap kit in the vehicle. It had a sledgehammer, baseball bats, pillowcases, gloves, gaffer tape. Separate to these arrests, covert operations around suspected kill cars is what also led police to foil an alleged murder plot near a Reavesby daycare centre on Tuesday. Five of these so-called kill cars may have just been taken off the streets but police believe there are many more being used in crimes across the city and there are ways the community can spot them. Generally they are parked in a relatively remote location. The number plates may not be on the vehicle for a short period of time and then clone plates will be put on the vehicle.
