Zelenskyy described the situation as critical and criticized Moscow for allegedly cutting the power lines, a claim denied by the Kremlin, which blamed Ukrainian shelling for the damage. Grossi confirmed that IAEA inspectors have verified the facility can operate on generators for more than 10 days and is working with both Ukrainian and Russian officials to restore power.
