Among the detainees was Swedish activist Greta Thunberg, who was reportedly singled out for mistreatment. Israel's foreign ministry has dismissed the allegations as 'brazen lies.' Following their detention, activists have been deported to several countries, prompting protests in support of the flotilla and against the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
