Yeah, this happened very quickly, just within the last hour or so. Both Republicans and Democrats voting overwhelmingly to table the motion, effectively killing it. Again, Marjorie Taylor Green making this motion to vacate just within the last few moments. And remember, this motion came after she had several meetings with the Speaker of the House to perhaps prevent this. She made the move, it was quickly defeated. Boy, that came and went very quickly. I guess does it douse that in your opinion then? Well, it certainly was a message though, but let's be very clear what just happened. Historically, Democrats just came to rescue a Republican Speaker of the House. How this impacts Republican Speaker Mike Johnson long term, that's the big political question.
