The incident is the latest in a series of Israeli attacks in Lebanon that began about a week prior. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun condemned the strike, accusing Israel of violating a U.S.-brokered cease-fire and calling for international intervention. It was just the latest in a wave of attacks by Israel in Lebanon that began about a week ago.
