A 19-year-old driver, Aaron Papazoglu, has been released from Silverwater Correctional Facility on bail after being charged in connection with a fatal crash in Hornsby, New South Wales. The crash resulted in the deaths of 33-year-old Samanvita Dureshwar, who was eight months pregnant, and her unborn child. 

Police allege Papazoglu rear-ended a Kia Carnival, causing it to strike Dureshwar as she crossed a car park with her family. Papazoglu faces charges including dangerous and negligent driving occasioning death and causing the loss of a fetus. He must comply with strict bail conditions and is due to appear in court early next year.

Rather, we can show you pictures of the moment he walked out, seemingly in good spirits and supported by several loved ones. But after a quick stop in at security, he was bundled into a car, which didn't stop for our cameras, and was driven home, where he must now reside under strict bail conditions. He's been in custody for almost a week following the tragic incident which claimed the life of 33-year-old mother Samanvita Dureshwar, who was eight months pregnant. It all unfolded last Friday night at a Hornsby car park and in front of the woman's husband and young child. Police say a Kia Carnival slowed to let the family cross the footpath before a BMW sedan, allegedly driven by Papazoglu, rear-ended the Kia, causing it to jolt forward and strike the woman. Sadly, neither she nor her unborn baby could be saved. The 19-year-old pea-plater faces charges of dangerous and negligent driving, occasioning death as well as causing the loss of a fetus. As part of his bail conditions, he is to report to Hornsby Police weekly and a $50,000 surety was put up. He's also had his licence suspended. Sandra, he will return to court early next year.
