The storms led to tornado warnings and significant damage, particularly in Holyoke, Massachusetts, where downed trees and power lines caused road closures and disruptions.

Authorities advised drivers to exercise caution, especially in downtown areas where rising water blocked multiple underpasses. The aftermath included trees uprooted onto cars and homes, highlighting the widespread impact of the storms across the region.

This happens a few miles north of Springfield, mass trees lifted from the roots, toppling under cars, homes causing road closures. Meanwhile, police urged drivers to use extra caution in the downtown areas, where several underpasses were actually blocked by the rising water.
