Forecasts for the Southeast indicate that the chance of significant snowfall this weekend has diminished. The Euro model initially predicted one to three inches of snow, but current analysis suggests this is unlikely due to limited moisture and temperatures that are not particularly cold.

Meteorologists are now leaning toward a rain-snow mix with low accumulation, and most forecasts, including the Weather Channel's, expect less than an inch of snow. As a result, no significant snowfall is expected to appear in local forecasts.
