A weather front moving through the Southeast is expected to bring the possibility of severe storms and tornadoes. The tornado risk remains at a moderate level, similar to previous days, with meteorologists monitoring the potential for a tornado or two as a strong line of storms weakens around 10 a.m. due to diminishing upper level energy.

Despite the weakening of upper level energy, the presence of a surface front and low level jet could still produce thunderstorms that may become severe or tornadic. Forecasters anticipate that weather conditions will improve by Wednesday, with calm weather expected to persist in the South through Thanksgiving.

That's what it was yesterday as well So we could get a tornado or two the strong line moves you see how it kind of falls apart around 10 a.m Because you have that upper level energy lift out and weaken But we still have that surface front that needs to come through and we still have that low level jet and also some upper level Energy as well. So that could give us some thunderstorms that could turn severe and could turn turnatic So we will continue to watch that Kelly though. Thankfully by Wednesday Tom Brown here in the south and it stays like that through Thanksgiving
