A series of Clipper systems is moving across the Great Lakes, Midwest, and Northeast, bringing snow and mixed precipitation to the region. Areas such as Green Bay, Michigan, and Duluth are expected to receive between 1 to 5 inches of snow, while cities like Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Pittsburgh will see a rain-snow mix as slightly warmer air moves in.

The weather pattern will bring cold and snowy conditions from Tuesday through Thursday, with rain expected in the lower Hudson Valley and New York City before colder air returns and snow resumes. Forecast maps indicate significant snow accumulation in areas highlighted by darker blue and light purple.

And then of course we turn our attention to the next Clipper dropping down across the Great Lakes region by tomorrow evening.
