The Justice Department appealed the ruling, and on Friday, the Supreme Court agreed it will decide whether President Trump's directive is legal. The last time the court justices intervened on the issue, they ruled in Donald Trump's favor. This was a big decision, an amazing decision, one that we're very happy about. This morning, the Supreme Court has delivered a monumental victory for the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the rule of law. That ruling limited federal judges' ability to block presidential policies through universal injunctions.
