A rally at Bondi Beach, intended as a peaceful demonstration in support of a flotilla delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza, was disrupted by clashes between pro-Palestine protesters and counter-protesters. The event, which included activities such as making origami boats, saw rising tensions as both groups accused each other of provocation.

Police maintained separation between the two groups and intervened in several scuffles throughout the event. Authorities reported that no arrests were made, but investigations into the incidents are continuing.

Both rallies were kept separated by police, with protesters on both sides saying they just wanted their voices to be heard. But when it was time to leave, tensions fled again. Go back to Western Sydney! Go home! Time's up! Time's down! Police say while they intervened in several scuffles, no arrests were made. But they do say their inquiries are ongoing.
