Every right has its bounds, and I think that's been thoroughly tested by these activists, both through the tone and terror of these protests, the cost to the public, and the fact that they've been done over and over again. Depending on the Court of Appeal's decision, both sides will be left with only one legal option if they choose to challenge the ruling. The next stop would be the High Court.
