Musk has been fighting with Open AI for years and sued the AI leader after it decided to convert to a for-profit entity. Musk argues that he's owed potentially billions of dollars stemming from the value of intellectual property that has developed from the money he contributed. And it looks like that will definitely be heading to trial at this point. They've kind of cleared the last hurdles that would have stopped it along the way. Meantime, President Trump rolling out the broad outline of a health care plan that the White House says will lower drug prices and insurance costs. The administration dubbing the initiative the Great Health Care Plan. And President Trump called on Congress to pass it quickly, though it was light on details and would leave most of the specifics to Congress. Broadly, it calls for codifying deals that the administration has recently made with drug makers to cut medicine costs in exchange for tariff relief.
