More details are emerging about the suspect in the deaths of "American Idol" executive Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca.

Authorities in Los Angeles have arrested 22-year-old Raymond Boudarian in connection with the deaths of 'American Idol' music supervisor Robin Kay and her husband, Thomas DeLuca. The couple was found shot to death in their home after police conducted a welfare check prompted by a neighbor's concern. 

Security footage revealed an individual entering the home through an unlocked sliding door, and investigators believe the suspect was inside for up to 30 minutes before the couple returned. Police have stated that the house was not ransacked and did not appear to be the target of a burglary. The motive remains unclear, and the investigation is ongoing.

It's all really started on Thursday of last week, LAPD responded to a call from a neighbor who saw a man jump the wall here at the home of American Idol music supervisor Robin Kay and her husband, Thomas DeLuca. Now investigators told me officers couldn't get onto the property because it's surrounded by this wall and if you look, it's got metal spikes on top right there. So they had a helicopter fly over to check out the property and they say they found nothing out of the ordinary. Okay, so fast forward to Monday. A neighbor asked police to do a welfare check because it had been a couple of days since they'd heard from the couple. They let police on the property Monday and that's when they found blood on an entryway. Inside, they found the couple shot to death. Security video shows someone entering through an unlocked sliding door. Now police say it appears to be a random attack. 22-year-old Raymond Boudarian was arrested at his home on Tuesday and court records show Boudarian had been jailed last year on a battery charge and had numerous hearings related to a conservatorship and mental competency. Now police still don't have a motive for the crime. They say the house wasn't ransacked. It didn't look like a burglary. Investigators believe Boudarian was in the home for up to 30 minutes before the couple returned and found him inside. Apparently, they'd had previous break-ins here last spring, which is why they installed those spikes and added security cameras.
