McNabb has previously spoken on this issue at the North Carolina General Assembly and described receiving support from others who share her perspective. During her congressional testimony and subsequent media appearance, she emphasised her belief that elected officials should uphold what she considers "common sense" policies that prevent transgender women from competing against cisgender women.

McNabb also expressed appreciation for support from former President Donald Trump, noting his administration's stance on the issue and his recognition of her advocacy. She reiterated her position that protecting the integrity of women's sports is an important matter and that public officials should acknowledge the concerns raised by female athletes.

Peyton McNabb joins us now. Peyton, thank you so much for joining the show this evening. First of all, let me just say, I admire your bravery in standing up for women in women's sports, something the left just seems to refuse to do. You want to completely ignore human biology. What's this journey been like for you? I mean, it's been absolutely unreal. My life is completely different. It's not anything that I ever thought I would be doing. I didn't think, I just turned 20 last month, I would have never thought that I would still be begging and pleading with elected officials that there's a difference between a man and a woman. This is basic biology that we all learned very early on in life, and it's not just all of a sudden just completely different, and it's not all of a sudden just changed just because of a man's feelings. And I'm sorry, but the Democrats, the only thing they stood on today was that women should just shut up, comply, and it's not happening, all in the name of inclusion, and basically saying that all we're doing is bullying these trans athletes and targeting them, but at the end of the day, they're bullying women. This is an attack on women, and we've seen that firsthand, which is why I chose to stand up a couple years ago when I spoke out for the first time at the North Carolina General Assembly, and ever since then, I mean, there has been countless girls, countless stories that have come to light, and just the fact, I don't know, just that they're belittling of the situation, and it's not ignorance, because they do know, but they're choosing not to acknowledge it, and it's dehumanizing, and it's honestly sad. What could you say, if you could say something directly to the individuals that are in positions of authority, that say it's okay for men, male, XY chromosome, to compete against girls, biological women, in female sports, what would you say to them, now having suffered this tragic injury? I would say that you are, you're an adult, you're an elected official, and this is basic reality and common sense. I mean, it's not like this is like rocket science or something. This is literal common sense, and this is an attack on women. I mean, women are, they're trying to erase women every single day. A man can never be a woman. A woman can never be a man, and that's just the way it is, and women shouldn't have to just sit down and shut up, just so we can affirm someone else's feelings. It's not loving to lie. Affirmation is not love, and as much as they try to shove it down your throat, 80% of the country agrees on this, so they're gonna have to get it in their head that this hill that they're trying to die on, it's just not a good look, and it's exactly why they lost last November. Yeah, it is, and I got about 30 seconds for you. Let me just ask you this. How does it make you feel to be honored and recognized by the President of the United States, President Trump, and the fact that he is standing up for women in women's sports? Finally, we have a president who not only knows what a woman is, but is willing to stand up for them and take on these issues and see them for how important they really are, and I could not be more thankful for President Trump and his administration. He promised this. He campaigned on this, and he has kept his promises every step of the way. He did campaign on it, and he has been keeping his promises.
