King Charles III has addressed Members of the House of Lords and the House of Commons for the first time, after they each delivered their messages of condolence. The new monarch promised both houses of the British parliament, he will uphold the UK's constitutional government and follow in the footsteps of his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
