But in the household, some experts predict this tech is more concept than reality. If we want a full-fledged humanoid robot, it's going to be a lot more complex to make sure that they can go around the home in a way that's going to be safe for everybody in the house. It's about thousands of companies all screaming above the volume, hoping that we will hear them and ultimately will buy what they're selling. And so you have to take it with a very large grain of salt. There's no firm ETA on when or if a humanoid could do your laundry. After all, it took decades for robot vacuums to hit the market.
