to discuss, let's bring in our guest, Judd Saul, from the group Equipping the Persecuted. Judd, thank you so much for joining us. Hey, thank you for having me on. You interviewed a young woman about the persecution of her family. Let's take a look. I was kidnapped on the 4th of January together with my siblings. But I was kidnapped in a village called Karafi. On that night, my stepfather was killed and he went along with me and my siblings. We were four, I was eight. How old are you now? 20. You are 20. And for how many days have you been in the camp? For so much. Oh God, you know, it seems like Nigeria's leader is also, he doesn't turn a blind, he's turning a blind eye, he's looking the other way. We're talking mass rape, kidnapping, slavery, you know. Martyr, like these are people dying for their faith, convert or die. And of course it's Islamic militants, Boko Haram that is doing a lot of this. Yet the media is largely ignoring it. Why do you think that is? And what do you think our government should do about what's happening there? Well, the mainstream media is silent because it's politically incorrect to say that radical Islamists are killing Christians in Nigeria. And the Nigerian government is spending a lot of resources to cover this up. And they're paying off people in the Nigerian government, politicians and even religious leaders to say that this isn't happening. Well, I can tell you we've been on the ground for the last six years in Nigeria since 2019, dealing with the aftermath of these attacks, dealing with the survivors and helping them. And I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt, there is a massacre and a genocide taking place against Christians. And how are you helping equip the persecuted Christians? We are on the ground every day. I have a staff of 150. We respond to attacks within 48 hours. When some of these kidnap victims either escape or get ransomed out of these camps, they come out looking like Holocaust survivors. And many of them have witnessed their siblings, their mothers and fathers being shot around them because people couldn't pay enough ransom. And then you have just the general attacks that happen every day on Christian villages where Fulani Islamist terrorists come in and essentially decimate entire villages, kill as many as they can, and displacing thousands after these attacks. And currently right now, there's over 3.5 million Christians living in camps that have been displaced from their homes that are unable to return. But the Nigerian government says there's no genocide. This is just farmer-herder clashes or tribal conflicts, which is a lie from the pit of hell. This is an Islamic jihad taking place right before our eyes, and they are going after Christian communities. Wajid Salt, thank you, God.
