He used a Canadian website to post photographs of the witness and his wife in order to locate him, which ultimately succeeded. 11 other people are in custody related to the case. Known as El Jefe, Wedding was indicted last year in connection with a transnational drug trafficking operation. Prosecutors allege he used Southern California as a distribution hub and funneled drugs from Colombia to the U.S. and Canada with the help of Mexican cartels. The Justice Department says his alleged billion-dollar enterprise is the largest distributor of cocaine in Canada. In March, he was added to the FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, while the State Department is offering a $15 million reward for information leading to his capture.
