Police have charged three 13-year-old girls after an alleged assault on a 14-year-old girl in Claymore, New South Wales. According to authorities, the accused forced the victim to undress and subjected her to physical violence, including punching, kicking, and whipping with a phone cord. The incident was reportedly filmed on a mobile phone and lasted about an hour, during which the attackers allegedly took the victim's clothing and phone.

The victim, who knew her alleged attackers, was aided by strangers who provided her with clothes and contacted emergency services. Police arrested the three girls, who now face charges including aggravated robbery with an offensive weapon and causing a person over 14 to make child abuse material. One of the accused faces an additional charge related to possessing child abuse material. All three were refused bail and are due to appear in court.

I just woke up and it's just horrendous, it's happened in my community and it's happened to a young lady that's a part of this community as well. Three 13-year-olds are accused of the crime. They allegedly approached a 14-year-old at a bus stop and forced her at knife point to walk away from the safety of nearby homes and passing traffic. Then police say they attacked. When it was over, the trio left with the teen's top, pants, shoes and mobile phone. From when she was approached at the bus stop to when she could get help, the 14-year-old has told police her ordeal lasted about an hour. She knew her alleged attackers, but it was strangers who came to her aid, gave her clothes and called triple zero. I heard the sirens and the next minute, the car pulled up over there and then they all got out and went looking for them. Police and Polare eventually found them and they were arrested. All three 13-year-olds have been charged with aggravated robbery with offensive weapon and aggravated cause 14 years or over to make child abuse. One of the girls has an additional charge of possess child abuse material. All three face court today and were refused bail. Samara Gardner, 10 News.
