Multiple drivers in Sydney reported significant damage to their vehicles after a cement-like substance landed on them while traveling northbound on the Rohingya Freeway. The material, described as structural grout or cement with sand, affected windscreens, windows, and car exteriors, with some contaminants proving impossible to remove without stripping the paint.

Transport for NSW acknowledged the complaints and is investigating, urging affected individuals to contact them directly. The agency confirmed that any damage caused by the project responsible for the material release will be repaired at the project's expense.

It's been confirmed that any damage that has been caused by the project will be fixed at the expense of the project.
