The Roar recently secured a 2-1 victory over Glory, despite coach Michael Valkanis being on personal leave, highlighting the team's unity and resilience. Meanwhile, reigning Premiers Melbourne City achieved a comeback win against Auckland FC, and Sydney FC are set to challenge for the top of the ladder in their upcoming match at Allianz Stadium.
